The only hotel where staff misbehaves and then fights for a tip

Which hotel staff in the world asks you for a tip on your face and misbehave if you do not tip them because of their misbehaviour.Now this hotel is a funny place. I was there during the FIFA world cup and the Hotel Reception told me, rather asked me to watch the world cup in the Lobby/Restaurant on a big screen. I called my couple of friends and went there to watch the match. It was a lot of little things that made me vote this as a 2 star. 1) at check in, the girl before us got a free Starbucks drink coupon. I’m assuming because she was a Marriot Bonvoy member and booked from their website. Great location, close to YYZ and easy access to the 401. Some dining options within walking distance, more by vehicle. The staff were very disinterested, was never greeted when coming and going over our six day stay. Housekeeping did not replenish our towels one day, our first night saw the alarm going off at 3:52AM (housekeeping missed that when they turned over the room). I was at this hotel for a conference and stayed three nights there.All the good - it's close to the airport, and there are other food options within an easy walking distance. The staff are great and every time I asked for something, it was not an issue. The parking is close to the hotel as opposed to most places. When we arrive there was a mix up with our rate as we here for a meeting and was to includebreakfastand parking as park of the package we booked. They man at front desk wasnt very helpful, keep saying there nothing he could do but then he did even up waving the parking fee.
