Booked an accessible room. Was put on the third floor nearest an inoperable elevator that has apparently been out of order for 6 months. Had to walk down the entire hallway to the other elevator. I would like to formally complain about our recent stay at the Valhalla Inn from Aug 7 to 8 for the poor level of service we received. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, We ultimately had to clean the room ourselves, which is completely unacceptable when we paid to stay at a hotel and reasonably expected our room to be properly serviced. Bedbugs crawling on the floor, in the coffee maker and bathroom

I spent 4 days in room 341 at Valhalla Inn Thunderbay. On the first day we saw3 crawling insects that looked like bedbugs coming from the crease of the wall. Three staff members came o the room and tried to reassure us that the insects were harmless . Later that evening I saw 2 more of the insects and called the front desk.
