Very easy check in, although it was a late check in. Which might have contributed to 3 of us on one floor and the fourth person on a different floor. but when I made the reservation, why not all be neighbours. It wasn't the end of the world. Beds are super comfy and love the spacious bathroom. Word of caution, don't accept a room by the ice machine. It was an extremely noisy machine on floor 3 and… Very easy check in, although it was a late check in. This resort was absolutely stunning and we had a great stay here as a family of 5. The rooms were clean and beautiful, beds comfortable, and the robes were a nice surprise and made getting to and from the rooftop (enclosed) pool and hot tub even nicer.
