  What an absolute dump ! Disgusting , stomach turning , cesspool of filth would be the first words that you would use to describe this barn. We had three rooms booked , and each room had varying degrees of blood stains, stench and broken/damaged items in the room.   Dirty. Blood stained mattress with urine stains. And a bug in sheets that definitely hadn’t been changed. Homeless outside the front door. People hanging in the hallway. Location ok.   The worst place to stay - at 3 am someone smashed a window right beside us- reported to front desk and when we left it still wasn't cleaned up. Breakfast was a frozen egg muffin -gross. I phoned and emailed about 10 times and not one response back.   Upon check in, we were told elevator was out of order, so showed us 2 rooms on ground floor. First one had terrible odour. We opened window to air out the room, but no screen on window. We were nervous about that as there were some sketchy characters hanging around outside. Next one wasn’t much better, but we took it. There were holes in the walls.   We booked two rooms for four nights at the Colonial Inn in Saskatoon for our employees.
