Guests have a choice of 116 rooms, including 32 suites, 19 single rooms and 59 double rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Our experience started with our call to secure a room. Jane answered the phone and was really nice, and efficient.When we started our checkin, Jane was there again with a smile and helpful.The night was filled with lots of hockey kids.  An interesting fact, at 9:40PM, everyone got quiet for the night.Isshie and Cody did an amazing job for all of the night guests ( including the hockey kids).B… Our experience started with our call to secure a room. We cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The employees are a cut above the rest. They always find a way to stand out from the competition and go out of their way to make our stay as fun and easy as possible. Special shout outs to Malik, Cody, Daisy, Larry, Jon, Deanna, Reah, George, Jane, Guarab and Nithin (so sorry for scaring you : ). We spent one night here. It’s a nice big hotel with plenty of free parking and good sized rooms. The staff were friendly on arrival and throughout. Good free breakfast in the morning too. After being cancelled by air canada we found ourselves in an unexpected place for 72 hours. The hotel was empathetic to our journey and we got great rates for 2 nites. Breakfast is complimentary. Consisted of boiled eggs, scrambled, omlette, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns, beans, cold breakfast, yogurt, buns bread, even gf bread if needed. The breakfast lady worked her buns off!
