Just ok. While clean, some of the hotel rooms appear to have been recently renoed and others not, so be sure what you are booking or ask on checking in. We had 2 of the same room type one was new and fresh and the other dated (though we were told it was an upgrade due to being larger). Think old carpets and furnishings etc vs wood floors and modern decor differences. Biggest complaint was the scen… Just ok. Emile who works in the Bistro is amazing. Friendly, never flustered even when 30 people came in at once. He was a pleasure to meet and chat with. Let down by the pool, incorrect info supplied which meant we were wandering around floor 2 and reception in our bathrobes trying to find out how to get in the pool to be told it was closed, even though 30 mins earlier we were told it was open.Emile who works in the Bistro is amazing. The Delta Hotel was a great stay, while it is located a few blocks further from Ild Quebec than other hotel’s location is great as easy to walk to several streets with great restaurants, the fort / park, government buildings, and even old town. The hotel is nice, especially concierge staff , front desk agent are professional, smiling and helpful, the GM should immediately install washrooms and showers in the Fitness facility / outdoor swimming pool, if Anyone wants to go to restrooms during summing , he needs to walk to middle lobby with his towels full with water.
