We spent three weeks touring Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. All hotels were very good to excellent, but our favourite stay was at The Clarendon. A good night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, especially for business travellers. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver. Stayed a couple of nights after cruise to explore more. Great location central to most places. Room not massive but big enough for one. Bathroom was big, good shower, no view from room. Reception really helpful. I though the restaraunt attached had a good menu for lunch and dinner but breakfast wasn't what i liked. Hotel full of character in a brilliant location to explore the streets of Old Quebec. Rooms well furnished (a bit cramped with three bedside tables) and standard of cleaning very good.
