Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This hotel will scam you and you will be faced with hidden fees and cheaper packages when booked with Expedia. The GM - Kim is no help and super rude who is also accusatory. Their front desk manager - sona is also useless. Just look at the way she responds to guests they have a critical feedback. The hotel itself is clean and our room has been comfortable, but overall I’ve been disappointed by how stingy the experience feels for the price and the DoubleTree by Hilton name.Everything seems to be the bare minimum.
