I will not complete the survey in its entirety. I believe that on the whole it is probably a nice place to stay. I have stayed to peer facilities, such as Chateau Laurier, several 5 stars in Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, Niagara on the Lake, The Empress in Victoria, and found that this experience, to which was a business trip, but on which I took my wife and grandson, to be less than expected, during which they spent time in Ottawa, as did I once the conference had ended. Highly recommend Au Natural Spa. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Peta and Erica provided exceptional spa services. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have no clue why this hotel is so expensiveNothing great at all. Breakfast not included , no coffee in lobby, pool is not open during hours listed on website. Staff also does not work well. I confirmed multiple times i have free parking. 4 people agreed and was still charged for the parking. Time is money and had to waste my time going back in and fixing the problem. Bed is comfy .
