The American and Horseshoe Falls, the Maid of the Mist boat ride, and the wonderful Niagara Park can all be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. It is about 20 minutes' walk to the city centre, while the nearest bus station lies some 5 km from the hotel.

If you’re looking for a rundown hotel that charges exorbitant fees on top of fees and calls itself a resort, which it’s not, and then charges resort fees, you’re in the right place. The beginning of the stay was okay. The rooms can get a bit cold at night and it seems like the heat doesn't work. The drinks at the bar were good. I wish I could give a zero or a negative rating. My husband and I attempted to stay at this “resort” on September 3, 2026. We hoped to have a relaxing evening by the falls. However, it ended up being a truly terrifying experience! I was taking the elevator to my room on the 20th floor. The elevator stopped working, the elevator electronics malfunctioned.
