  NEVER will stay there again. We were in an older section of the hotel and the room was horrendous. Definitely clean but otherwise unacceptable. We were arriving late so we got put into a WELL USED room , which they tried to update terribly.They had lots of excuses and we are now seeking compensation as they were booked solid an we could repack and move later on Sat.   This hotel is great! It is great value for the money, clean, and in a fantastic location to walk to everything. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and cute, the kids enjoyed the pool and the waffles at breakfast.   Very disappointing stayUnfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay at Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade.The rooms are very old and clearly need renovation.   We stayed in the tower because I thought these rooms were supposed to be updated. Our room was very outdated. The furniture was very old and banged up. The bathroom was also very outdated. The room was not very clean and that made it worse. There was hair behind the toilet and hair behind the door to the bathroom.   This hotel needs to be updated. Rooms were clean but nothing special. 7th floor is better. 4th floor smells. The curtains need to be replaced.
