After a 15-year absence, my wife and I returned to the Fallsview Hotel to celebrate our 40th anniversary. After one night there, I can safely say it will be at least another 15 years before we stay there again. We arrived early and were told our scheduled room on the 22nd floor wasn’t ready yet, and we should return in an hour. We stayed at the Hilton for three nights. The positives are the location and we had a room with great views of the two falls. The negatives are much longer:1. The check in process was painful. Our room was sweet. We didn't pay extra for a falls view, but we could see it anyway, at least a little bit. The Fallsview Restaurant was a splurge, but totally worth it.
