Location

Located across from the excitement of the Casino Niagara, this hotel lies just a few paces from the famous, colourful Clifton Hill and a couple of minutes walk from the fabulous Niagara Falls and beautiful parklands. Toronto airport is 1.5 hours drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 138 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well.     Accommodating and friendly. Give us more info about Niagara Falls. We are very tired when we came at lobby and he give us comfortable seat. GK helped us check in.

    Arrived early (1pm) to see if we could park our car before the check-in time at 4pm. The hotel clerk, G.K. offered to verify if our room was ready. He checked us in with absolutely no extra charges...

    The hotel was horrendous. There was a huge stain on the rug , the bathroom had holes in the wall paint chipping off the walls and a stain in the tub. Save your money go someplace else
