Location

This airport hotel, built in 2008, is located a quick 15-minute drive from the culture, cuisine, and commerce of downtown Montreal. It is also just minutes from the baggage reclaim area, yet light years from all those run-of-the-mill airport hotels. The hotel is some 20 minutes from the Palais des Congres, the Notre Dame Basilica and Old Montreal, whilst only 1 km from Montreal's Trudeau International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 87 single rooms and 49 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym, billiards, aerobics, a spa and a solarium. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast gives guests many appetising reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Delicious set menus are available at lunch and dinner.

    The shuttle runs infrequently and there are no signs in the airport. The shower gel bottle was empty. The kitchen opens randomly. The staff and surly and rude and there is no manager available
