    Well that was likely the worst experience ever....there was zero hot water in our room .....the fact that they couldn't have cared less and never even offered an apology for that , let alone attempt...

    OK probably would never stay here again. Room was dirty, unkempt and just not very nice. It's old, when you have a shower the room still stinks of smoke. Bathroom had peeling paint and broken tiles...

    Just say NO at any price. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Although the hotel was by the train tracks that didn't bother me at all. But the attached nightclub "thumped" from 10-2:30 AM...

    The woman at the front desk who checked me in was wonderful...welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring, and efficient. The room was spacious, COMFORTABLE bed, great shower, clean. Will be staying here...
