The hotel is located on the shores of the beautiful Saint John River with easy access to the centre of Fredericton and area attractions throughout this area of New Brunswick. The hotel is on the motorway 105, north of Princess Margaret Bridge.

17 suites, 55 single rooms and 42 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.
