Location

This hotel is located in the world-class resort town of Banff, in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, set amongst the majestic mountains in the protected landscape of Banff National Park. The hotel is situated on Banff Avenue in the midst of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The local Banff Transit buses operate along Banff Avenue and Calgary International Airport is the closest airport, just 90 minutes away by car.

Facility

The villas were built in 1908. 135 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. With skiing, tobogganing fun and snowboarding opportunities, the hotel offers the perfect base from which to enjoy winter sports or just a relaxing winter holiday. Ski passes are available locally. The hotel offers indoor sporting activities in the form of billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium.

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a pub. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.
