Location

The hotel is located close to Calgary Airport and a short 15-minute drive from the centre of Calgary and all its attractions, whilst the Greyhound bus station is around 2 km away.

Facility

203 rooms, including 12 junior suites, 112 single rooms and 75 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a games console, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun.     Room was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. No wash cloths or hand towels.. Worst bed I have ever layed down on, was basically a cot on a metal spring frame.

    Booked the hotel because of the price. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. However, by biggest complaint would be the terrible beds. It’s a thin mattress on a bare metal frame. I’m a bigger person...
