My experience of staying at the Splendid hotel and Spa was very comfortable, staffs are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located really well; near Hoan Kiem lake. Good hotel
Splendid hotel is one of the good hotela in Ouagadougou. It has very good and comfortable rooms. Service is good. Has a clean swimming pool and free wi fi. Breakfast is reasonably good. I was pleased with the service provided by Splendid Hotel Ouagadougou, and would have given it 4 or 5 stars if not for a couple of issues:1. I sent a number of emails to the reservation staff asking to arrange the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle to pick me up from OUA airport upon my arrival. However, none of them were answered, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.2. The room was comfortable but did not have any tea or coffee making facilities , which is unusual for any hotel purporting to be a quality hotel . There was not even a bottle of water so that after getting to my room after a late arrival I then had to go down to Reception and persuade them to get me a bottle .Breakfast was not organised .
