The hotel is modern and fresh. My shower overflowed since the drain was clogged. My luggage was wet. No one seemed to care. They switched my room, but that was it. The new room was fine. The service is just horrible, but there are limited options so I recommend it. No water in pool and hard beds, otherwise good

Nice property but the beds are super hard (and made my hips hurt). I asked the receptionist about this and he said all beds are equally hard. Not getting better, but getting worst

First time stayed in the hotel was few weeks ago and was not really happy with the service and room condition. There is no drinking water even 1 bottle in the room. Terrible value for money. The hotel is decent, Ok rooms, slow but decent internet, a restuarant, a pool and its safe. But the prices they charge are out if this world, their food prices are higher than New York and prepare to pay a fortune just for drinking water. The hotel staff is at times outright rude and very unhelpful.Most customers seem to stay here becuase they bphave conference facilities… Terrible value for money. I hope to never stay here again, and will be requesting that the US Department of State take this hotel off their recommended list for official business. The staff are, frankly, lazy. I am currently here for roughly a month for work. Initially they attempted to put me in a room on the 8th floor which obviously had not been used in quite some time.
