Me and my daughter often speaks about our worst holiday ever, and we never go back to Bulgaria after that. Perla hotel was really bad, and the worst part was the service. Really nasty and rude staff in the restaurant. The whole golden sands area made us feel unsafe, and we also got robbed. Only stayed for a couple of days, but loved it. Hitel is doing some refurbished I was told, but I was in the unrefurbed room. Not a problem though, ni e and big room, very clean , and great pool views.Big comfy bed, and all to myself.Went all inclusive. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed little to no interest in helping guests. Every question or request was met with irritation, and some issues were simply ignored.The room was dirty, with dust, a poorly cleaned bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. great hotel recently renovated restaurant, bar and pool area. some of the rooms are under upgrade this will be great. we got a great big room, the people who work at the hotel are absolutely amazing. better service I have never experienced. I'll start with the small amount of pros:The hotel is very pretty with nice flowers, the room was basic but had what I needed and the bed was firm but comfortable (need darker curtains as they were yellow and the sun went straight through them) the balcony was very small though and felt slanted and the pool was a good size.
