What ruined our holiday most was the theft of a nearly full bottle of Gucci perfume from our room by cleaning staff the day before checkout. We only realised it was missing while travelling to the airport, after confirming that neither of us had it and that it had not been left behind. Amazing experience!!! I stayed there with for a week, and left very happy. Rooms were clean, food was very tasty and I like the pool zone.
