The worst hotel ever...Be advicedThis hotel should NEVER be advertised as 4-star. It’s not even close. At best, it’s a neglected, filthy, and unsafe 1-star hotel – and that’s being generous.The room reeked of sewage for days. The pool was green, dirty, and clearly unhygienic. Our stay was horrible. Even the room was nice, the food and the hotel service was very bad. My friend vomited on the last day of our stay and as I found out, she wasn't the first one to have had the same problem at this hotel, so be careful or go somewhere else!Our stay was horrible. If you like good food, don't go to this hotel. I don't know if it's a problem only with this hotel or Bulgaria in general, but the food is not good, it's not seasoned, the meat is hard or dry - we didn't like it there at all. But if you're not picky, you'll be satisfied. We had a deluxe room with a sea view, and it was renovated and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel îs great. My favorite thing was the animation team. Ivo was an amazing and very entertaning animator. Kali and Presi were both very polite and always talked ?o u? with a smile on thier faces. The food was good too. The bartenders made the best cocktails.
