Definitely not four stars
This hotel at best is two stars. The food is always warm to cold not hot. If you want it hot you use the microwave. The food options are poor. I went half board thankfully but choose to eat out at night as the first night's dinner was awful and cold. The que for food goes out the door because they have a tiny counter for buffet option. The recepcionist was very uninterested and unfriendly. We did not feel very welcome when we arrived. We are staying at the second floor and it smells bad in the hallway. The shower is broken, still usable though. Food is of poor quality. The fried fish was dry, the watermelons were warm, deserts are the same too sweet frosting with different packiging. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes.
