In fact, it is only separated from the promenade by the fine sand, slightly sloping sandy beach, easily accessible using steps. Errrr not great!!
Great location neglected hotel with terrible food mainly the fact that’s it’s all cold. The entertainment staff were good but everything else is poor at best. The guests leave everything everywhere and the staff don’t bother to clean it up!! Not great but it could be which is the main issue. Came with low expectations, still left disapponted and grossed out
I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is still marketed as a 4 stars. Calling it 4 stars is misleading. At best, this is a neglected 2-star hotel living off an outdated rating.I booked knowing it was a budget option and had realistic expectations. A lower price should mean fewer amenities, not luxurious, smaller rooms maybe, not filthy and a lack for basic standards...Cleanliness was unacce… I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is still marketed as a 4 stars. Never come back
It is the first time since we go to Bulgaria and there have been several times when I leave a review and do not recommend a hotel. Except for the superb location and the animation team, here I mean Miro together with the three gorgeous young people, full of energy and cheerfulness who managed to "enliven" the atmosphere, I have nothing positive to say about this so-called 4-star hotel. Terrible place full of loud Germans and polish
Night 1 . Banging and crashing about at midnight as loads of polish kids in 1 room . Moved to another room . Curtains broken . Moved again and shown 3 rooms . 2 were not complete so went for a room with a curtain missing . Had to put a blanket up to stop sun and light . No cleaning in rooms . This hotel is old and rundown .We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms.Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good .
