We stayed at the hotel for a weekend expecting 5-star quality, but unfortunately the experience fell far below that standard. The service was rather poor, and the cleanliness absolutely substandard for the price we paid. For example, the cleaning staff never checked and cleaned the terraces, the bed were made sloppily, with worn-out towels fitting better to a 2-star hotel. We really enjoyed our dinner at Monty Restaurant. The menu is sophisticated and thoughtfully created, with well-balanced flavors and beautifully presented dishes. I absolutely loved my stay at Astor Garden hotel and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who wants to experience a luxury stay and break from the all inclusive type of holiday from once in a while. I even saw people commenting at the check in or even here in the comments about stuff not being included. If you want an all inclusive package this is not for you, so do some research before. It is a perfect hotel with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and complimentary access to Aqua house Thermal throughout the entire stay.We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they allowed us to check into our room before the official check-in time.
