When we first arrived at the hotel after an overnight flight, the staff told us our first meal wouldn't be served until we got our room, so we had to wait about six hours for that opportunity. Bedbugs in the hotel

Unpleasant holiday
I had the most unpleasant holiday ever. From the minute we arrived we’ve been told that we have to pay the car park cash( no possibility to pay with the card).
