Hotel has has the best location in the city. It is close to the central attractive locations, restaurants and coffee shops and OLD TOWN. All are in walking distances.We had 2 Twin bed room which had good comfort. We had 1 Big bathroom. They are renovating.Breakfast was very good with many options. Service was very good. Rudest doorman I’ve ever met

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but it was a meeting point for our tour coach. Our Bulgarian tour guide said we had permission to use the restrooms so we went in the hotel to be met by the rudest doorman I have ever encountered anywhere. An absolutely terrible advert for the hotel.
