First time staying in this hotel and will definitely be back. The location is great, in the centre of pompovoro. Very friendly atmosphere, staff always willing to help and great service. Rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Very little noise and great value for money. We were half board and have no complaints towards the food, which always had a good selection. We just stayed at MPM Merryan for the last week and from the start it’s been perfect. If you are looking for a small friendly hotel where the service is amazing then we would highly recommend this hotel . The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble . Our room is spacious and after a day on the slopes to come back to a warm , comfy room is very much appreciate . My daughter (15) and I spent the week here from Boxing day to 02/01/24. It was fabulous! The staff were fantastic, all spoke good english and were very helpful, all of the time. It has a traditional Bulgarian feel to it and its decor. The room was spacious and spotless, cleaned every other day, more than I was expecting! This hotel is outstanding. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome and will do anything to make your stay better. Rooms are warm, cozy, towels changed everyday and the hotel is immaculately clean. It is on the main street.
