The location of the hotel is not great, it appears close to the lifts, etc. but it's not that great.Parking is not easy or guaranteed.Room furnishings are old and low quality, the bed and pillows were horrible. Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Friendly staff. The proximity to the town of Chepelare and the village of Shiroka Luka is an advantage, as it provides an opportunity for walks and a variety of dining establishments. We have visited the hotel in the summertime. The hotel has ? nice location to travel in the region. It is surrounded by magnificent forests and has a perfect view to Snejanka tower and around. The service is Ok, the people are nice, but the hotel need of renovation and more attention to cleanness. It was dusty in the studio and the bathroom need of very, very carefully sanitation.
