Terrible Staff and Extremely Rude Service
We were very disappointed with the attitude and behaviour of the hotel staff. Unfortunately, the staff was by far the worst part of our stay.Many employees hardly speak any English, and their communication with guests is often rude, unfriendly and even aggressive. Very pleasant stay
We stayed for 5 days, at All Inclusive. The hotel is very close to the beach, the beach is well maintained. Our rooms were renovated, cleaned daily, everything like in the pictures. We also enjoyed the food, it was a good variety, overall 8/10, only the beverages included were a bit too watery.The staff is very friendly and ready to help you. Hotel has great location to beach and bus to strip and Old Nesebar. My room was very modern and clean. The hotel was clean and housekeeping was good, but overall the experience was disappointing. Food quality was poor, often cold, and there were very limited options, especially for vegetarians.
