The manager was helpful in arranging a different room, which was an improvement, though still not very clean.   I have been to at least 20 Bulgarian hotels and had half board and all-inclusive. This one was all-inclusive. The room was good with a large fridge, balcony, and TV. The mattress was good quality and not worn out unlike other hotels. The food for all-inclusive, for the price paid was fine. I am English and used to the hot food being really hot.   This hotel was in a convenient location within minutes walk from the bars/ restaurants etc but we were disappointed with this hotel, food was very basic and no entertainment whatsoever. Only one beach bar open. The cleaner woke us every morning at 9 to come and clean the room and even came into the room while we were still in bed. Reception staff were unwelcoming and rude.   After booking this hotel I was very apprehensive after reading the trip advisor reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly always, helpful and lovely!
