We arrived at the hotel on 24th September and we're shocked to find all the attractions and additional food outlets on site were closed. Only the bar and restaurant were open. On our last day we had to eat in a neighbouring hotel as the restaurant was closed. The food was pretty awful and usually cold. There are no shops or restaurants close by and it's fair to say the whole area had closed down f… We arrived at the hotel on 24th September and we're shocked to find all the attractions and additional food outlets on site were closed. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful, however we ended hiring a car as there was no entertainment nothing as described very boring. All pools were freezing only went in 1 day out of 7. Food was horrendous, breakfast acceptable, lunch and dinner vile. Me and my partner ended going for dinner every single night and spend over £600 on food due to the situation.
