Overall good stay, but would advice going in season
Overall the holiday was ok, Bulgaria is a beautiful place and the locals were all so polite and friendly.Hotel was super clean and the room was perfect, however pre-warning for anyone going in September...its a ghost town. We weren't warned that as of September 1st the season is over. Nessebar beach hotel
Came to this hotel hopping to have a nice holiday but after 4 days all the entertainment team left .so now no entertainment not even back ground music.staff in the bars very rude .pouring a drink seams to much trouble. Then being charged €52 to keep our room till 21:30 . All the food is nearly cold . They do provide a microwave but it has no turn table so can't heat it properly. Over hyped for sure

Main issue is cold food and nasty drinks.
Would not call this 4 stars but location is amazing, especially if you are wanting night life. A lot of bars, restaurants and shops very close by. Guests are rude. Food is always cold and drinks are rank. Also is not on the beach as you would imagine from picture, but is definitely close enough so isn’t a massive issue. Pool bar staff are very fun and friendly. Not customer friendly
There were a lot of dissatisfied customers visibly complaining on-site. Guests were not given an extended check-out time, so they were sitting in the lobby on top of their suitcases. There were very few seats available, and the reception staff spoke poor English.
