The holiday village enjoys an excellent location on the southern Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea as it is just above the famous King's Beach, 2 km north of the ancient town of Sozopol and 35 km south of the city of Bourgas, where Bourgas Airport is located. The closest public transport is only a few minutes' walk away. Varna Airport is approximately 150 km from the hotel.

In addition to 55 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 249 suites and 396 apartments. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa and a hammam, are offered at the complex. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments.
