  The main door (the gate to rainbow 2 building) doesn't work for more than a week and the management don't care and didn't even pay any attention to my complaint about it.....   We made our reservation on Booking.com, the hotel in the pictures was not the same ! It is very bad and old , first when we opened the room there was a terrible smell! The floor was sticky !   Rooms are lovely and your in a good position half way between sunny beach and nessebar. Bus and taxis virtually outside door.... but if you bant to stay local everything you need is right outside.... prefectRooms are lovely and your in a good position half way between sunny beach and nessebar.   I stayed there in June 2018. Rooms are small and sad. Worse than a cheap dorm. Pre-paid for 2 nights. After the first night, my son refused to stay there or go anywhere. Spoke with the front desk and explained that we have to leave early, checked out at 11:30 am the next day. Front desk assured me they would refund the second night. They never did.   My cousin has apartment on Rainbow 2 and i go there every summer and im happy from the atmosphere and the rooms . They are clean , smell good and are normal size . The Cacao Beach is on 15 minutes by walking .
