  Very nice apartment block, great location in Vlas, easy bus routes and close to amenities. The grounds are well maintained. As a family we rented 3 separate apartments which varied in size but, none of them had a cleaner visit or change of towels the whole duration of the stay.   This hotel experience was just awful. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had a brown stain in it. Meanwhile the floors were extra dirty, the cleaning crew didn’t come for the first week but the next week they came twice. Also I would like to point out that the pool was so dirty and wasn’t even cleaned. The food at their restaurant was alright but the overall experience was awful.This hotel experience was just awful.   Safety concerns and dirty rooms

  The rooms were not being cleaned properly - the lady just mopped the floor without hoovering first. There was a bad smell in the kitchen pipe which was not taken care of. The greatest concern was safety - mains sticking out of walls with exposed cables, power cuts, scalding hot tap, which burned my arm and no supervision at night, leading to broken bottles in corridors and loads of noise.The rooms were not being cleaned properly - the lady just mopped the floor without hoovering first.   Great location, only 300m to the beach and just over 1km to the marina. Nice, clean big pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Garden is very neat and shrubs block the view from the street making it very private. The restaurant has a good selection of food and nice service, but food for a family of 13 was coming at different times.
