We had to make a booking with this hotel at short notice due to unexpected circumstances. I have to commend all the staff , the receptionists and the Manager were exceptional, thank you all . They sourced our transfer to airport , all done for us and less for us to worry about ,hotel itself met all our needs , was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional stay!We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Karlovo! Everything was top-notch—from the outstanding service and hospitality to the fantastic breakfast. A very special thanks to the guy at the front desk for being so welcoming, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Been coming to Sunny Beach on and off for about 20yrs but stopped coming about 4yrs ago as hotels we went to were increasing awful. Got recommended this hotel and decided to try again. Fantastic hotel and even better staff! Central but quiet, perfect location. Rooms were spotlessly clean, small but uncrowded pool, lovely public areas.
