Rooms are outdated and dirty. Beds not comfortable. Bathroom needs refurbishment. The hotel overall needs updating and new management. The staff are not friendly and cannot speak English. The food is absolute disaster. Worst buffet ever. Limited options of food, dry and overcooked food. Probably tge worst hotel I have ever been in my life. AVOID!!Rooms are outdated and dirty. Where should I even begin? The reception staff were extremely unhelpful when it came to resolving basic issues. We requested a room with a terrace and had to explain ourselves for two days, only to eventually be told: “That is the room you chose.” Is this really the attitude towards paying guests? I chose this hotel expecting a high quality All Inclusive holiday, but the reality was very different.The biggest issue was the extremely long queues at both the restaurant and the bars. Overall it was a good experience staying here. The staff was very profesional and attentive. They cleaned the room daily. There was a very nice cleaning lady named Nurgiza who we made friends and talked. She made a great impression to us. A little minus on the food menu, there were very few selections and very crowded.
