This is the third time we have stayed at the HVD Club Bar, twice in 2025 and again this September.The hotel was as always clean and rooms comfortable, minibar stocked each day. The staff mainly Indonesian (I think) were absolutely lovely, attentive but not hovering, the Bulgarian waitresses could have smiled as much! We have just returned from a week at club bor.The hotel is good, our 1st night we arrived early hours so no snack bars are open but a sandwich and fruit were left in the room. I was suprised to see a door to a joining room?? As usually sold as a family room. I thought nothing of it till 2.30am when 3 or 4 men came in from the night out next door. Turned on their light which lit up our room?? We stayed as a family (teenage son). We had a late arrival and were greeted with a glass of sparkling fizz which was lovely. They had also left sandwiches and fruit in the room. They also offer to take your luggage up to the room. The room was a really nice big size with a walk in shower. 3 charging points. Very clean room with complimentary toiletries. Having read the reviews before our holiday i have to say i was a little unsure. But having recently returned i can honestly say it was a fabulous hotel, the food is the usual all inclusive food with plently of choice and a big salad bar etc. As for the life guard he was doing his job, plates should not be allowed round the sunbeds due to health and safety, surely you can spare a few minutes to eat… Having read the reviews before our holiday i have to say i was a little unsure. Perfect in every way. The staff were amazing and so happy and polite all the time. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
