The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Avoid!I cannot stress this enough: do not book this hotel. It claims to be a 4-star property, but it barely deserves 1.5 stars. Our experience here was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.The Rooms: The rooms are extremely small. I absolutely would not return to this hotel. The staff but a couple (bar staff) were quite rude, never had a smile on their face, weren't very helpful at all. It was our first time abroad as a family and it was disappointing to say the least. Entertainment was rubbish. Hotel is two star at best. The food was ok for all inclusive, but the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else in the world, than this hotel.
