This hotel is situated in the centre of the biggest and the most modern Black Sea resort, Sunny Beach. The hotel is only 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the centre of the resort. The biggest aqua park in the country, providing unbelievable amusement for both adults and children, is also in the hotel’s vicinity. Burgas and Varna airports are 30 and 90 km away from the hotel respectively.

The hotel has 40 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amazing stay yet again in hotel L&B Sunny Beach. Rooms are spotless clean, room service every day.. Staff are so helpful and polite, nothing is to much trouble.. Amazing food and drinks and creamy morning cappuccinos.. This is our second year to stay, and will definitely be back next year . Thanks to Zhivko and all the gang ..???????????? First time in Bulgaria and the hotel is in a great location. Lots around and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants, bars and the promenade is great for running. The hotel is spotless. The beds are comfy and the bedding and towels are better than many 5 star resorts I've stayed in. The rooms are comfortable, have a mini fridge and the hotel owners are lovely, friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay, very nice hotel and even better staff. The hotel only 10-15 minute walk from the main strip but has 24 hour shop right outside and a big supermarket down the road. Room was very nice and clean, great for just two people and cleaners come round every few days to make sure bedding and towels are changed. Very quiet at night time but during the day it’s a lovely chilled hote… Overall a very good stay, very nice hotel and even better staff.
