After reading all the comments, I expected much worse experience, hovewer me and my family were happy here ??Plese do not leave your passports at the Reception! That's under GDPR. I would recommend for hotel managment to analyse this fact. Receptionist was very unpleasent after we refused to leave our documents until next day's morning. At Hotel Kotva, my daughter and I stayed for a week. The rooms were clean, the staff were mostly friendly, the pools and hotel surroundings were well maintained, and the location was excellent.Unfortunately, the food was a huge disappointment. Main disadvantages:Tragic rooms: The rooms smell of terrible sewage, which comes from the pools. Cockroaches breed in the rooms. Horrible experience! Staff is rude and I did not see anyone smile in all 7 days. Hotel rooms are stinky because toilets are leaking. No one ever cleaned our room, only topped up toilet paper and water and changed bins. So we slept in beds full of sand from the beach all week. We had to ask at reception and they only changed one bed sheet.Biggest disappointment was that their season had finished an… Horrible experience!
