Location amazing rooms cleaned daily had to pay extra £140 to get a sea view which was lovely because otherwise we were looking at a dismal carpark .food terrible only went down twice the staff rude u helpful pool nice but the pool guard is awful rude arrogant shouts at the kids . Rude staff and inedible food!
Other than the location this hotel has absolutely nothing going for it! The staff are very rude and not many speak English, which in a major tourist resort with many English speaking guests isn't ideal. I had to actually complain to Jet 2 regarding a member of staff who was extremely rude to myself and my 71 year old mother and actually physically put her hands on my mother whilst shouting at her… Other than the location this hotel has absolutely nothing going for it! Great Hotel, Poor Communication and Customer Care
We recently stayed at Glarus Beach Hotel in Sunny Beach, and overall the hotel itself was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, in a great location, and the facilities were very good.
