    Absolutely AMAZING! 😃Loved the different Theme nights for dinner and the snack bar where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. All staff, cleaners, waiters/waitresses etc were all friendly and we tipped them for the fantastic effort into tidying our rooms and keeping the place clean. Rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms but we had the double standards so we had enough room but nect time we'll upgrade to the Deluxe Doubles.One bit of advice for thr hotel is: for dinner, let the guests use the coffee machines cuz a lot of the pastry desserts would go well with a hot drink 😊. For a 4-star hotel, this is probably the best value 4-star we've ever been to. We definitely will consider returning but perhaps in June cuz a lot of the attractions in Sunny Beach weren't open for a few more days which was too late for us 😢. Thanks again Imperial Resort for a fantastic holiday.

    Absolutely fantastic hotel staff extremely friendly and very helpful. You would never need to leave hotel as everything is in hotel 24hr food and drink .As for entertainment the team are brilliant Alex and the team started entertainment every morning 10am till 12 noon then again 3pm to 5pm and 8pm till 10.30pm with something for everyone. Disco kids volleyball for everyone archery 🏹 darts , Such a friendly bunch and made lots friends.     I went at the beginning of the season, and it was just right. Rido, the Customer Relations Manager was absolutely brilliant, as were all the bar staff, but especially those in the lobby bar. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.     Amazing, Start to finish Amazing

    Arrived 4 hours late on May 15th (should've been late evening on the 14th) due to a delay with our flight, wasn't a problem for the reception staff, greeted warmly and given my room key. I had the deluxe sea view room, upon entering the room all I could think was "wow, this would put a UK 4 star to shame" everything was spotless, my balcony was gigantic, and plenty of storage space for all of my belongings with plenty more space available.The following morning I woke up and went downstairs, greeted warmly at the lobby bar by V, who made me an extremely strong long espresso, and poured me a beer with a smile. Had my coffee, grabbed my beer, and went for a walk to check out the facilities. Every inch of this place is absolutely spotless, cleaning crews constantly patrolling the area. Lunch at the snack bars is great, had veal burgers(it rotated between chicken burgers, veal burgers, and pork burgers), freshly made pizzas, donuts, fries, the usual stuff, always something for everything. Evening entertainment varied each night, and they didn't keep it on too late as it was either inside or on the steps outside the 2nd block accommodations, but it was always of high quality and entertaining for everyone.Food in the restaurants really is more of an experience than just "dinner" they had plenty of options, and each night is themed. The personal highlight for me was the Imperial gala night where the buffet spread included the best irish beef I've ever had!Anatoly on the lobby bar in the evening is a new member of staff, and while it could get busy during his shift (he was working solo) he performed amazingly under pressure, so good in fact that 2 nights before I left i presented him with a good bottle of Scottish Whisky to thank him for being awesome!Night Manager and security had to deal with some extremely inappropriate guests, but did so in a professional manner, and always kept calm no matter what, which in turn made myself and the other guests feel at ease knowing that the situations weren't going to escalate further.In my opinion this resort should be upgraded to a 5 star, the facilities are far more than you expect from a 4 star resort here, especially the fact that it's a 24 hour bar (dangerous for a scotsman knowing that lol)I'm already looking at dates for next yearCan't wait to return, and thank you for making my stay an extremely memorable one! You are all a credit to your country!
