Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in sunny beach Bulgaria. It was a jet2 package holiday I booked. I never ever seen a jet2 rep there ever! Nice hotel but there’s nothing there in the area I stayed as it’s five miles away from the proper sunny beach area where all the shops bars and restaurants are. The staff were rude and not very helpful the food in the resturant was cold every morning. the rooms where dated on the plus side the italian resturant was very nice ,the sun loungers round the pool need updating. Hair dryers were old and not movable. Not a great experience so far. Found the staff very rude and ignorant. Rooms are very dated. Cleaners are basic. Food isn't really nice at all. The restaurant is not well organised and there was never any cutlery when we got there with no tables available at all for tables of 4. Food was very cold and inedible. Ive just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel & I can honestly say it was so disappointing!
