This hotel is set 50 m from the sandy beach in quiet and peaceful surroundings at the northern end of the Sunny Beach resort, approximately 3 km from its centre. It is surrounded by pretty much all guests might need, including restaurants, pubs, discos and attractions. A regular bus service offers a good connection to every part of the resort and the main bus station, with buses heading to multiple destinations all over the country and abroad, is just 50 m away. Interesting locations to visit include the city of Burgas and especially the sea capital of Bulgaria, Varna, with its great shopping promenade, Sea Garden, Dolphin show, aquarium and many other places of interest. It is 15 km to Burgas Airport.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Severe Health Hazard & Complete Dishonesty
We experienced an overbooking nightmare upon arrival, and when we finally got into our room, it suffered from a severe sanitary and health hazard (unbearable stench).The owner and the management lied constantly, offered no real solutions, and flat-out refused to refund even a single Euro. Great holiday at the Bora Bora
We have just returned from 2 weeks staying at the Bora Bora. It’s a lovely family run hotel with very helpful staff. This hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach and you can catch a small train into Sunny Beach strip. Breakfast was included in the price and we could always fine something to eat. Nice family run hotel
Hotel is situated at the quieter end of Sunny Beach which was perfect for us. Room was spotlessly clean and towels changed every other day, nice balcony. The two cleaners were constantly seen cleaning the hotel and sometimes doubling up on waitressing in the mornings. Breakfast was samey but we always found something to eat. Hotel itself is in a great location, rooms fine, pool fine, food fine , staff so so rude.From the minute we got there to the minute we left. Last day the shower door dropped off the hinges and shattered. Ended up with a few small cuts on feet and hands.
