1/5 – Definitely not recommended.Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment.The worst experience was that our inflatable pool pelicans were stolen after we left them in the place recommended by the hotel staff. When we reported the theft, the staff simply dismissed the issue, claiming that “there are no cameras there.” This is not true. We stayed at Hotel Baikal for 2 weeks with our 6-year-old daughter, and honestly, it was one of the best all-inclusive holidays we have ever had!!!!I have stayed at several all-inclusive hotels before, but this experience really stood out. Food was good overall. We had all inclusive. Breakfast fried eggs always rock hard, large buffet, large selection. Beer in the hotel is watered down to nothing, spirits same for cocktails, The animation team were really nice and engaging, doing great work all day and night.
