The facities were poor, the bar was never open they had the worst boot room, I wouldn't let a stray cat go inside. As for the receptionist, well he was the most rude unhelpful person I've ever met. We arrived at 4:30 am due to our flight time. Breakfast always cold
Hotel rooms are dated but clean enough. Shower is nice and hot and rooms are warm but radiator pipes clicked all night and kept me awake.Breakfast selection is good but hot food was lukewarm, sometimes stone cold, never hot. The man serving in the restaurant wore the same Halloween sweatshirt every day, not very hygienic! I booked a room directly via Hotel Moura’s website and received confirmation, but upon arrival I was told there was a “technical issue” and that we had to relocate to another hotel.
