Bad infrastructure - water pressure, electricity outages, but the worst thing is the service. Staff is short tempered, irresponsive and will do nothing to help. It’s not responsible for my expectations
It’s too cold floor at apt. The trees extremely hiding the sunlight in to the window, an apt seems always dark. Exceeded our expectations
Fantastic stay in Feb half term 2025. Welcoming & friendly staff, the room was spacious and warm, the reception was a social hub with a fab bar (excelldnt barman nick), loads of drinks and very reasonably priced (the pool table the most expensive at circa £4 a go!). Good Base for Exploring Bansko and Pirin National Park
Pros: Great views of the mountains. Kids loved the pool. Buffet dinner was quite good. Apartment was a good size. Cons: 8 lev for a game of pool is cheeky! Good overall, food not good
We were presently surprised as a family group of 7 how much space we had in the apartment. It was plenty for us, basic but did the job as we were out all day. Fresh towels were given every day. The kitchenette is basic if your planning on doing any self catering. But we did have a washing machine which was helpful. We enjoyed the pool and spa area after a long day skiing.
